GENERAL

When you are commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TERMS OF SERVICE.

MUST BE CREDITED for the commission! Include my Twitter (@Glubbies_) and/or links to my VGen/Twitter in your description.

Commissions are selective. Once your slot is secured, make sure to provide references, and details to be incorporated in your banner. If you have a specific Theme you want, make sure you specify with me so we don't have any problems!

I CANNOT draw character illustrations! You must provide me with desired illustrations to use for the commission and you must have permission to use them. Communicate with your artist as it is not my responsibility to do so.

I can do FIRST PRIORITY (meaning you would be moved to the top of my queue list) but there will be a fee of 50% of the final price depending on the deadline and complexity.

If you would not like me to make your commission public or wait until your debut date, there will be a fee of 25% NDA Fee added to the base price.

COMMUNICATION

I will contact you either through Twitter (@Glubbies_) or Discord (Glubbies) according to my client's preferences.

As I have said before I cannot draw characters so please give me references, mood boards, themes, color palettes, or anything that might help on the commission.

I will provide small updates to the client to let them know what stage I am at, I will then send drafts when I am ready to receive constructive feedback from the client.

When giving feedback, please be as detailed and specific as possible. Failing to give accurate feedback can result in the commission not up to the client's expectations. It is important to be RESPECTFUL when giving your constructive feedback.

It is up to the clients responsibility to respond to my updates. Failing to respond can result in longer due date times, I shouldn't be hunting you down for a commission you paid for.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Keep in mind that all current prices are base prices, the price may increase depending on complexity and details.

All commissions must be paid in full before I start your commission.

STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY. Once you have accepted the first draft of your commission, there is no cancellations, unless initiated by me.

REVISIONS

Commissions come with 2 free revisions. Any additional revisions will cost $5 USD.

At the last revision, please refrain from making any Major changes. Major changes will be an additional charge to the commission.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

The estimated delivery time varies between 1 - 4 weeks or 1 - 2 months. Keep in mind these are estimated time frames, it may increase/decrease depending on the complexity of the commission or how busy my real life is, but I do post Personal Updates on my Trello. The estimated start date depends on your status on my queue list.

USE

You must provide me with desired illustrations to use for the commission and you must have permission to use them. Communicate with your artist as it is not my responsibility to do so.

My work is to be used for Personal purposes only! Please do not redistribute, sell, edit, or claim my work as your own.

If planning to use outside of streaming such as selling merch using my design, it would have a 100% commercial fee which is 3x the original price, and I will provide the SVG files.

Do not use my work for NFT, AI Learning, or blockchain purposes.

Make sure to credit me for the commissions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Your overlays and other graphics are yours and you retain full commercial rights to use them how you please, however in the event that the client does not respond to the artist within 4 weeks of project completion (example: abandoning of communication in regards to your product), art will be repurposed and sold as a premade overlay set or banner. In this situation I retain full copyright of overlays created and may list your overlays for purchase on external sites unless exclusivity is re-purchased for 10% of the commission total.
